Hey everyone!

I hope everyone is having lots of fun with Crystalpunk! We've recently started up a second campaign for our group and it's been going splendidly. If you have any stories, feedback, or just want to chat about the setting, be sure to join the Discord.

Crystalpunk has just been released on Shard Virtual Tabletop!

I'm excited to announce that I have recently partnered with Shard Tabletop to bring Crystalpunk to the virtual tabletop! If you haven't heard about Shard before, it is a virtual tabletop, character sheet, and campaign manager dedicated to 5th Edition games.

A Shard Tabletop VTT License for Crystalpunk is now available on the Shard Marketplace. Find it here!

Fulfilment for the Kickstarter is Complete

All Crystalpunk books should have now been delivered, meaning fulfilment for the Crystalpunk Kickstarter is officially complete! Final Fulfilment Update — all books have now been shipped!

Hey everyone!

It has been a long journey getting here for Crystalpunk—we were hit with many issues regarding the current shipping & logistics climate, particularly in the past few months with the orders being sent out from the US. But now, we are finally very glad to announce that all books for backers & pre-orders have now been shipped!

Books bound for US & Canada have now all been sent out!

While the container for US & Canada bound books arrived over a month and a half ago, the books were held at the shipping terminal, irretrievable until just a few weeks ago. Once they were picked up and we thought that they would finally be ready to be sent out, even more problems arose due to supply chain and logistical issues. It has been a frustrating process, but thankfully now all of those books have now been collected, packed, and sent out for shipping. Thank you for your patience everyone!

All tracking numbers have now been sent out via email. You can also check your survey on your Backerkit account to find your tracking number. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact us at [email protected] or via Kickstarter.

Also, we apologize for any confusion surrounding the US tracking numbers, which were distributed a week earlier than when most of the US books were actually sent. The scheduled pickup from the postal service was unexpectedly delayed by a week, causing most US tracking numbers to not update until they were actually picked up a week later.   

Looking Back

It has been an absolute blast for us to work on Crystalpunk, and it has been a wonderful experience to share this world with everyone. Without your support none of this would have been possible—we're very grateful for it and truly hope you love everything we've created for this project.

We'd also like to give a big thank you to everyone for being patient with us, not only for delays due to the shipping climate, but for our own delay, that we needed to take to truly make Crystalpunk the best it could be. It really did allow us to create a product that was up to our standards, and we're so glad to have such an understanding and supportive response.

It's been really fun and an amazing learning experience—we're hoping for many more just like it! Our hope is that Plus Three Press projects will only get better from here, and we can't wait to show you more of what's to come.

Hardcover Fulfilment Update #3

Hey everyone!

Today we bring you another quick update on how we are going with fulfilment for the hardcovers, specifically for orders going to the US and Canada. We initially wanted to hold off another update until these orders were properly sent out, but since it's been about a month since our last update, we thought it'd be best to let you all know where we are at.

Just over a week ago, we were informed that the books were finally made available for pick up and that they had been retrieved from the port. But once again, we were unfortunately hit with even more issues, this time relating to supply chain problems. Currently, our fulfilment partner is pushing to have all US/CAN books sent out before the end of this coming week. Note that the delivery time after a book is sent out is estimated at 5 to 10 days. We'll post another update once we have confirmation that all of the books and tracking numbers have been sent out.

For all other orders (everyone not in located US or Canada) — all of those books have been sent out, and we're glad to see all of your photos and happy that the response has been very positive regarding the quality of the book. As a note, the Australian-bound books were delayed slightly, but have now all been sent out. Your tracking numbers should have been updated with the details.

Hardcover Fulfilment Update #2

Hey everyone! Here's another update on how we're doing with fulfilment.

US/CAN orders will (hopefully) be shipped soon—The rest have now been shipped!

For the US/CAN orders, the container has arrived in the US, but due to supply chain issues, the books are not available for pickup yet and have been irretrievable at the port for the last week. Once they can get over to the fulfilment centre and are shipped out, they should be delivered in 5 to 10 days. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the books won't be held at port for too much longer.

For our non-US/CAN orders, all of the hardcovers have now all been shipped, and tracking numbers will be sent to you via email soon*. The last of these were shipped out last week—we apologize for not getting these tracking numbers to you sooner, as there are some communication issues we are pushing through. The tracking numbers should be ready for distribution in a few days. If you don't receive it within the week, please check your survey on your Backerkit account or email us at [email protected]

*note that for Australian orders, your books are being delivered by a local fulfilment centre, so your tracking numbers won't update until they are scanned by the local Postal service.

It seems that some UK backers are already receiving their books, so that's awesome. If you've already received your book, let us know what you think!

Hardcover Fulfilment Update

Hi there everyone! This quick update talks about our current fulfilment status for the hardcovers.

Throughout the past months, our fulfilment process has gone through several challenges related to supply chain issues and COVID-related delays. These issues have continued to persist, and unfortunately, the hardcovers will not arrive by our previous estimate of early-to-mid June. We're now estimating deliveries between late June and mid-July. However, please note that this is only an estimate, and we may still face additional delays due to the current global shipping challenges.

There are two main factors to this delay. First, our container for US/CAN orders was rolled to another vessel, much later than was booked. Its estimated arrival time is June 7th, but due to port congestion, this ETA will likely not be accurate. Secondly, the rest the books (non-US/CAN orders) were unable to be shipped in the past couple of weeks due to a COVID lockdown. Thankfully, that lockdown was lifted just a few days ago and all of the packages are prepared and ready to ship, so they should be shipped out very soon.

Thank you again everyone for your patience through this difficult process. We truly hope the wait will be worth it!
